Twice ( korean : 트와이스 ; japanese : トゥワイス ), normally stylized as TWICE, is a south korean daughter group formed by JYP Entertainment. The group is composed of nine members : Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu. 2013–2015 : formation and debut

On December 19, 2013, JYP Entertainment ( JYPE ) announced that they would debut a new female child group in the first half of 2014, the first female group to come out of the party since the debut of Miss A in 2010.
