Steven Berghuis ( dutch pronunciation : [ ˈsteːvə ( megabyte ) ˈbɛrxœys ], born 19 December 1991 ) is a dutch professional football player who plays as a winger for Ajax and the Netherlands national team. He made his debut for the Netherlands in 2016, and represented the national team at UEFA Euro 2020.

Berghuis came through the youth organization at FC Twente, following spells with the young person clubs of local amateurish club WSV Apeldoorn, then Eerste Divisie side Go Ahead Eagles. [ 2 ] As a 16-year-old, he scored WSV ‘s entirely finish in a 4–1 friendly match defeat to Feyenoord. [ 3 ]
