“ Telling the World “ is the theme song of Rio, and the seventh song featured in the soundtrack of the movie. The birdcall is presented during Rio’s ending credits and represents Blu ‘s point of opinion, as the birdcall describes him finding the daughter of his dreams. “ Telling the World ” was performed and produced by Taio Cruz, while being co-written by Alan Kasirye [ 1 ] [ 2 ], and is featured in two of his albums : “ Rokstarr “ ( released as a Single on October 12th 2009 ) and “ TY.O “ ( the final version of the birdcall used in Rio ; released on December 2nd 2011 ) .
Two music videos were produced : one curtly video recording depicting Taio spill the beans in a studio with several characters from Rio ( with a marmoset concisely halting the music, and extra negotiation from Pedro ), and the complete birdcall with Taio Cruz on a beach, in a city, and on a bridge, and both have clips from the movie itself. The short one has audio from the film with the clips, while the longer one has the clips muted .
