Lewis Renard Baker ( born 25 April 1995 ) is an english professional football player who plays as a midfielder for Premier League club Chelsea. He previously spent time on loan at Sheffield Wednesday, Milton Keynes Dons, Vitesse, Middlesbrough, Leeds United, Reading, Fortuna Düsseldorf and Trabzonspor, and has represented England up to under-21 flat.
