Claudemir Jerônimo Barreto ( born 27 March 1981 ), [ 3 ] known as Cacau ( portuguese pronunciation : [ kaˈkaw ], german : [ kaˈkaʊ ] ), is a erstwhile professional football player who played as a striker. Born in Brazil, he represented Germany at international level.
