[ 7 ] [ 59 ] One of the independent trademarks of his highly organize system is a four-man back-line ; his teams normally play a high defensive production line and adopt the offside trap and a zonal score system, as he requires his defensive players to be synchronised in their movements, predict plays, and look at the ball as a charge of reference point, not their opponents. other key elements of Sarri ‘s line-up are the presence of a deep-lying playmaker who dictates play in front of the back-line, such as Jorginho, and overlapping attacking full backs, in order to provide width to his team, as his players much attack from the flank, looking to play quick exchanges and make runs in behind into the box rather than deliver crosses into the area, however. As such, he favours moral force wingers in his team, ampere well as defenders and goalkeepers who are comfortable on the ball, in order to help his team retain possession, and hard-working players who can implement his high press game. [ 60 ] [ 61 ] [ 62 ] [ 63 ] [ 64 ] When defending off the testis, Sarri ‘s teams much employ an aggressive practice of energetic press, tight lines, and pressure high up the pitch in order to win back the ball promptly. It is fun. The child in each of us must be nurtured because this frequently makes us the best. I think if a team has playfulness often, the fans do excessively. This is very important, and then there are the high-level objectives, but we must start by having fun. This is crucial for us and our fans. ”
