Sporting event deputation
The Philippines competed at the 29th Southeast asian Games which took position in Malaysia from 19 to 30 August 2017. The Philippines contingent was composed of 497 athletes, 163 dissipated officials and 70 administrative and medical staff who competed in 37 out of the 38 sports. Preparations [edit ]

The “ probationary ” delegating is composed of 493 athletes set to compete in 37 out of 38 sports and 149 officials. [ 8 ] By June 3, 2017 this visualize was revised to 542 athletes set to compete in all 38 sports and 100 officials. [ 9 ] POC President Peping Cojuangco signed the concluding list of athletes on June 28, 2017. The delegating is composed of 497 athletes, a well as 163 coaches, and 70 administrative and medical personnel. [ 10 ] The nation will compete in all 38 sports except cricket. [ 11 ]
