John Stones ( behave 28 May 1994 ) is an english professional football player who plays as a centre-back for Premier League club Manchester City and the England national team.

Stones was born in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, [ 8 ] to parents Janet and Peter Stones. [ 9 ] He grew up in Thurlstone and attended Penistone Grammar School. [ 10 ] Stones met Millie Savage when both were aged 12. They split up in December 2018, when their daughter was 18 months previous. [ 11 ] [ 12 ]

Club career [edit ]

Barnsley [edit ]

Stones came through the Barnsley youth academy to sign a professional compress in December 2011.
